In the past few years, Colin has always been dedicated to his service. For example, when he needed to go to the site, he would arrive early in the morning. Sometimes he arrived before we did, and then he patiently explained to us, using his professional knowledge to tell me what was covered by insurance and what was not. And since we were not good at English, sometimes he would help us write an email and translate it. He was really dedicated every time, and every time was really unforgettable.
